Policies and Rules

Appointments must be booked/rescheduled 48 hours in advance.
Any nail enhancements not done by me must be safely removed before your appointment. You will be charged a 50% late cancel fee if you fail to comply.
Please do not plan anything around your appointment time without informing me. Nail services are highly unpredictable, so I may be running behind before you or at your appointment.
Be mindful of what you are booking. All new clients must book a new client consultation.

Services you schedule are reserved especially for you. Any cancellations not made before 48 hours will be charged 50%, no exceptions.
All services must be paid in full the Sunday before your appointment, which is when I approve them, so make sure funds are available. your card will be authorized at the time of booking but not formally charged.
No call/no shows are subjected to a 100% service charge and refusal of future services.

For safety reasons, no one under the age of 18 will be allowed or serviced.
I want to curate the best experience for every client. I ask that you turn your cell phone on vibrate and only conduct emergency calls, or take a break outside.
We do not allow speaker phone conversations, any social media videos, or anything of the like. Please have your headphones with you.
